By focusing on high-demand sectors like agriculture, technology, manufacturing, and construction, we create scalable, self-sustaining pathways for Veterans to thrive in meaningful careers, embrace entrepreneurship, and contribute to local economies—enhancing self-sufficiency, addressing labor shortages, and promoting national resilience.

Vision
At the American Warriors Foundation, our vision is a future where every Veteran stands tall with purpose and independence, free from the shadows of homelessness and dependency. We aim to create a nationwide network of self-sustaining ranches—starting with Coyote Meadows and expanding across regions—that empower thousands of Warriors with skills, jobs, and Community in agriculture, construction, manufacturing, and technology. By building a scalable model of opportunity, we strive to put ourselves out of business in three to five years, ensuring Our Veterans thrive as leaders in their Communities and no generation of Heroes is ever left behind.
Who We Are Not
The American Warriors Foundation is not a traditional non-profit or a fragmented referral service. We don’t simply point Veterans toward job boards, shelters, or temporary fixes. We recognize that these approaches often leave Veterans navigating complex systems on their own — and we believe our America’s Heroes deserve better.

We are a visionary partner to Veterans, Ranches, and Employers — embracing their challenges as our own. At our future ranches, starting with Coyote Meadows Ranch, our Veterans’ Empowerment & Reintegration Program: A Sustainable Model for Lasting Change will welcome Veterans, provide safe housing, offer employment from day one, and deliver holistic, on-site support.
We go beyond job placement:
Veterans will gain skills in Agriculture, Manufacturing, Construction, and Technology
We’ll guide them toward entrepreneurship and ownership, empowering them to one day operate their own ranches and businesses
Our model is scalable, self-sustaining, and designed to create generational impact
Ultimately, we aim to partner with the VA and other stakeholders so that the moment a Veteran transitions out of service, there stands a clear, dignified, and lasting path forward.
Our bold goal is simple: to make ourselves unnecessary in three to five years by building a system where veterans no longer fall through the cracks — because their dignity, skills, and futures have already been restored.
